Zack Lane is Head of Delivery Services at Columbia University Libraries. His 16 year career at Columbia has included positions in both Technical and Access Services. Zack has been involved with resource sharing for 5 years and recently won the 2019 Virginia Boucher OCLC Distinguished ILL Librarian Award. His focus is on improving the user experience in the context of large legacy print collections governed by inherited policy and practice.
