Susan has worked in ILL at UGA in several capacities, with a 5-year detour as a reference librarian, starting in the pre-OCLC ILL Subsystem days--paper forms, snail mail and all! She has been active in the Georgia Library Association (president of the Association in 2014) with ILL as her constant focus in this organization over the decades. She recently coordinated the GLA-sponsored updating of the Georgia ILL Code. She currently serves on a UGA Libraries committee to investigate developing a "GET IT" Button for more seamless service to UGA users in the Alma/Primo environment. She is also interested in alternative ways to gather/tally statistics for the UGA ILL department.
