Kurt Munson is the Head, Access Services at Northwestern University Libraries in Evanston, Illinois. He is on the Project ReShare steering committee as well as co-chairing the product managment team for ReShare.He has worked in resource sharing for more than 20 years in academic, medical and public libraries. His interests include patron satisfaction, system integration, workflow analysis, international interlibrary loan and making pop-culture references.
