Silvia is the Interlibrary Loan Supervisor at the Graduate Center Library (CUNY) and an IDS technology mentor. She has previously presented on multicultural users’ library use, privacy and ILL data, and open access and equity. She received a Master's in Library Science at Queens College and an MA in Liberal Studies with a concentration on International Migration from the Graduate Center (CUNY).
